Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Operant Technologies website and platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Founding Partner Program
The founding partner program provides early access to the Operant platform. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. Founding partners receive the platform at no cost during the pilot period.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to your manufacturing operations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Operant Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
